Sanjida Kalam is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Dakota. She is pursuing her M.A. in English and is interested in Environmental Literature, Gender Studies, Language and Digital Humanities, Rhetorical Writing and Pedagogy, and Postcolonial Studies. As a first-generation graduate student, she has struggled a lot to get admission in the U.S. Coming from a small village in Bangladesh, she aspires to become a scholar in the field of Academia.
