Dr. Zachary Dixon is an Associate Professor of English with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Dr. Dixon earned his Ph.D in Rhetoric in Composition from the University of South Florida in 2016. Dr. Dixon’s scholarly research focuses on issues of Science and Technology Studies, and Rhetoric of Science and Technology, particularly on roles of expertise and uncertainty in public science policy. Dr. Dixon also studies the intersections of undergraduate composition, research, and academic integrity. Personally, Dr. Dixon is an avid waterman; if there is saltwater, he is in it.
